Barratt offers early chance for reflection

30th January 2013 Print

Barratt is set to unveil details plans for its transformation of the former quarry site in Hooe at a special preview at The Mount Batten Centre in Plymouth this weekend.

Details of the new development, to be called Reflections, will be on display on Saturday February 2 and Sunday February 3 from noon until 6pm showcasing the two, three and four bedroom homes planned for the development.

Sales manager Doug Wright said interest in the site has been high and that the redevelopment of the brownfield site will transform the area in Hooe.

“Reflections will offer something for anyone looking to settle here and I have no doubt the development will attract a lot of visitors so we are launching the homes this weekend to meet demand,’’ said Doug.

“Not only will there be a home to suit a wide range of buyers there will also be a range of schemes available to help house hunters achieve their dream home.”

First time buyers are among those expected to be looking to settle at Reflections and Caroline said that a range of schemes including Newbuy can help buyers take their first step on the housing ladder with a 95 per cent deposit.

For those moving up the housing ladder Barratt will be offering its part exchange service – perfect for helping buyers ensure a hassle free move to a new home.

Doug continued, “I would urge anyone interested to visit us at the weekend to be among the first to hear about the new homes for Hooe.”

Reflections is located in a peaceful enclave in the village of Hooe and just a short distance from Plymouth.
