New residential phase to be launched at Park Central, Birmingham

Crest Nicholson Regeneration is inviting househunters to pay a visit to its Park Central development in Birmingham city centre as the award-winning developer launches its latest £15 million phase, Central Plaza, this weekend.
The open weekend is taking place this Saturday and Sunday, 23rd and 24th February and will celebrate the official launch of the striking new buildings, which are located at the heart of the development.
To celebrate the launch of Central Plaza, Crest Nicholson is offering to pay the legal fees and stamp duty for everyone who reserves a property at the launch weekend, in addition to providing high-quality flooring throughout the property.
When complete, Central Plaza will deliver 132 luxury one and two bedroom apartments across two residential buildings, sitting over a 139 space undercroft car park. The apartments start in price from £117,000 for a stylish one bedroom apartment and from £158,000 for a two bedroom property; the majority of which come with allocated parking.
Susan Young, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson Regeneration said: “Central Plaza represents the jewel in the crown at Park Central. This new phase has been highly anticipated and we believe it offers the most exciting range of homes to be delivered at Park Central in the last decade. The luxury one and two bedroom homes on offer highlight Crest Nicholson’s dedication to developing high-quality homes that provide contemporary living solutions for the many professionals living in the city centre.
“To celebrate the launch of this latest phase, we’re presenting a host of offers for anyone who reserves a property during the launch weekend, which could save buyers a combined sum of up to £4,300. In addition, people who reserve an apartment will also be treated to a luxury meal up to the value of £100 at celebrity chef Marco Pierre White’s restaurant in Birmingham – what could be a more perfect way to celebrate buying a new home with a partner, friends or family!”
When complete the two Central Plaza buildings will link together the eight acres of landscaped parkland at Park Central, including the Moonlit Park, Wildflower Meadow and Sunset Park. The apartments have been designed so the majority benefit from advantageous views across the development and Birmingham city centre.
Crest Nicholson is delivering the central phase in partnership with Birmingham City Council and Crest’s development partner, Optima Community Association. Construction is already well underway, with the homes due to be build complete this autumn.
