House-hunters in Sutton Coldfield have eagerly snapped up new homes at Crest Nicholson’s desirable Harvest Fields development, with over 90% of properties now sold. The wide range of three, four and five bedroom homes from the award-winning house builder has proved especially popular with families and older couples.

This final phase of development by Crest Nicholson at Harvest Fields and has been a big hit with prospective buyers since its launch in November 2011. The on-site sales team have been employing their local knowledge to great effect, smashing their opening targets by selling a house on the development every week for the first five weeks and welcoming a staggering 200 people to the development in the first two weekends of opening.

Amanda Benjamin, Senior Sales Manager for Crest Nicholson, said: “We’re absolutely delighted with the sales success at Harvest Fields. Crest Nicholson homes have always been popular in this area and we received a lot of interest in this final phase of development before we’d even moved onto site. In fact, a number of our buyers this time around originally purchased with us during the first phase of development at Harvest Fields, and have returned looking to upsize to a home that meets the needs of their growing family.

“We’re not surprised that our new ranges of homes have proved so popular, as we took great care to design and build properties which specifically meet the local need for larger family homes; incorporating spacious room layouts and garages for many of the detached properties. With top schools in the near vicinity, such as Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School and Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls, our properties have shown themselves to be exactly what families are looking for in Sutton Coldfield.”

Harvest Fields is a high-specification development in a popular and desirable location just outside of Birmingham and, as such, the development boasts excellent links to the M42 and M6, as well as bus and train lines into Birmingham New Street.

Visitors to the development can get a feel for the design and finish of the properties on offer by looking around the delightful Regent show home, a five bedroom detached house which boasts a large kitchen and four bathrooms.

Prices at Harvest Fields currently start from £339,950 for a four bedroom Canterbury house with garage, £399,950 for a five bedroom detached Regent house with double garage and £469,950 for a five bedroom detached Salisbury house with garage.
