New house opening at Shorefield Country Park in July 2013
Shorefield Holidays, the family-owned specialist in self-catering holidays, has announced its new luxury accommodation, Warren House, will open on July 26th 2013 at Shorefield Country Park in the New Forest. Offering space for up to 12 guests, Warren House is the ideal value-for-money option for families and friends wanting to spend quality time together under one roof.
Warren House will have a dedicated games room (table tennis, table-top football, Wii, WiFi) and a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area of 2240 square feet on the ground floor. Upstairs will be six spacious bedrooms (four ensuite) and six shower/bathrooms. In addition to a private outdoor patio area with a hot tub and BBQ, there will be parking for the exclusive use of Warren House guests. If you don’t want to cook, catering can be pre-booked.
Prices start from £994 per week (less than £12 per person per night based on 12 people sharing from November 1st to December 19th) rising to £3500 in high season (less than £42pppn on the same basis between July 26th and August 22nd).
Warren House makes a great base for a variety of events coming up, including the New Forest Show (July 30th to August 1st) and Cowes Week (August 3rd to 10th) with Isle of Wight ferries departing from Lymington, just four miles down the road. Shorefield Country Park is an award-winning park set in 100 acres of parkland near Milford-on-Sea on the edge of the New Forest, just five minutes’ walk from the sea.
