New homes coming soon to St Loyes

Linden Homes has started work on an exciting new homes development in St Loyes, off Topsham Road in Exeter.

City Glade will comprise 58 new three and four bedroom homes, as well as an area of open space for local residents to enjoy.

Speaking about the new development, Helen Biram, connections manager for Linden Homes said: “The scheme has been well designed and is beautifully situated, just a short walk down to the river and equidistant between Topsham and Exeter city centre. We’ve received a huge amount of interest already in City Glade so we’re expecting the trend to continue.

“Work started on site in November and construction is going well, with the roofs about to go on the first three homes. We anticipate launching City Glade early in the summer so we’re encouraging people to register their interest as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.”
