Register your interest in new homes in Steeton

With work on a £35million new homes development in West Yorkshire now underway, buyers are being urged to register their interest in the properties.

Award-winning housebuilder Redrow has planning permission to build circa 200 properties on a 15 acre site in Thornhill Road, Steeton.

Due to launch in late March, the development known as Manor Fields will offer a good choice of homes with two to four bedrooms.

Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), commented: “We’ve come a long way since we first announced plans to build in Steeton and remain committed to developing the area to provide quality homes that people really want to live in. We already have a database of potential purchasers who are keen to move here and are urging homebuyers to register their interest now so that they can have their pick of the properties when they’re released for sale.”

Manor Fields will feature designs from the sought-after New Heritage Collection. Inspired by the architecture of the Arts and Crafts era, they will ooze the charm and character of traditional properties and will be in keeping with the surrounding area.

And while the exterior of the homes will give a nod to the past, inside they will be bright, modern and full of family friendly features including convivial open plan layouts, well equipped kitchens with integrated top brand name appliances, plus bathrooms and en-suites with quality fixtures and fittings.

“Initially we’ll be selling properties at Manor Fields ‘off plan’ and our friendly, experienced sales team will be on hand to guide customers through the floor plans and help match them with their ideal home,” Patsy added.

“One of the advantages of buying early in the build process is that you have more likelihood of being able to personalise the interior choosing the finish of features such as the kitchen cabinets, work surfaces and bathroom tiles.”

Located between Keighley and Skipton, Steeton is a traditional village with a good sense of community.
