Miller Homes West Midlands is reminding buyers in the region of the sweet deals available this Easter to make moving a tempting treat.

The award winning housebuilder is currently offering a range of incentives, including Home Exchange, to make the buying process as flexible as possible and to cater for all budgets.

With the extended weekend approaching on Good Friday and Easter Monday, this is the perfect time to step up your house hunting and get the whole family involved in making the move.

Pat Kimber, sales manager for Miller Homes in the West Midlands, said: “We often see a surge of interest around Easter as people have the time to get out and about and explore what’s on offer. It therefore seems like the ideal time to remind buyers of the options available to them.

“Our Home Exchange scheme allows buyers to swap their old home for a brand new Miller property which takes the stress out of selling your property. It can also mean you could be in a new home in just a matter of weeks.”

The Home Exchange incentive means for those buyers meeting the qualifying criteria, Miller Homes will buy their property based on independent valuations and take full responsibility for the marketing of the house.

Pat added: “The housing market has had a strong start in 2013 and we’re looking forward to welcoming even more people to our developments over the coming months.”

Miller Homes has a number of developments in the West Midlands, including Pippins Croft in Quedgeley, Littleton Green in Cannock and Miller Central in Birmingham. All Miller Homes developments will be open over the Easter weekend between 10am and 5pm.
