Langstone welcomes new homes

26th March 2013 Print

House hunters looking for a beautiful new home in Langstone will be pleased to know leading local home builder Taylor Wimpey South Wales has now launched its much anticipated Lydia Beynon Gardens development in the village.

The development, which is situated on the former Taylor’s Garage site in Langstone, will comprise just 61 stunning new three and four bedroom family properties. The homes have been specifically designed to meet the growing demand for quality new family homes in the area.

Sara Taylor, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey South Wales, comments: “We have built a strong reputation for building desirable new homes in the Newport area, so we are delighted to launch our latest development in such a sought-after location. Interest in our collection of properties was high prior to the launch, so we’re expecting a further flurry of interest now that we’re actually selling.”

House hunters are being invited to Taylor Wimpey’s sales centre, currently located in the Newport Hilton Hotel. There they will be able to view plans for the development and speak to the sales executives about the first release of properties.

Situated off Old Chepstow Road, Lydia Beynon Gardens is located just a short drive from the centre of thriving Newport. There is a good selection of school just a two minute drive from the development and commuters will also be pleased to note the M4 is also in close proximity.
