Househunters looking to put down roots in Dawlish will need to act quickly if they want to secure one of the final homes at Sandpipers.

Just three houses remain at the popular Barratt development, situated in the seaside resort of Dawlish Warren on the south coast of Devon.

“We have been delighted by the response we have had from buyers here at Sandpipers,” said Barratt sales director, Lee Monk. “These homes have been a tremendous success and the development is proving to be highly sought-after.

“We have just three Malvern house-types still available – one of which is a new showhome, designed to highlight all that this stylish new home has to offer.”

The five bedroom Malvern is a detached, three storey, family home features a spacious entrance hall, separate dining room and double doors through to a well-proportioned sitting room. The breakfast kitchen includes a utility room and there is also a downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms – both with en-suite – and a good-study that could also be used as bedroom number three. There is also an attractive family bathroom.

The top floor hosts two further bedrooms, as well as a shower room.

“Our designers have worked very hard to come up with an impressive new home that offers space for even the largest of families to grow into,” added Lee. “I urge anyone keen to buy a new home at Sandpipers to come and see us soon, before it is too late,”

“These new homes are set within an excellent location and we offer schemes to help those moving up the housing ladder.

“We are seeing an increasing number of people looking to move up to a coastal home but who wish to stay within easy reach of Exeter – and Sandpipers fulfils this perfectly.’’

The development is situated on the south coast of Devon – at the mouth of the River Exe and near to the renowned Dawlish Warren beach which has a blue flag award. It is close to the rural surroundings of Powderham Castle and Woodlands and there is a strong sense of community in the area.

Sandpipers is also close to the National Nature Reserve with 505 acres of land and the popular Warren Golf Club.

There are thriving sports clubs nearby as well as the town’s annual fairs and carnival. Commuters will find easy access to local towns and cities – with Exeter just 12 miles away.
