With two thirds of the homes now sold, buyers are being urged to act fast if they want to move to Sandringham Gardens in Wakefield.

Properties at the development in West Ardsley have been tremendously popular and based on the recent sales rate Redrow is anticipating that it won’t be long before the final homes are sold.

Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), commented: “We’ve had great success with our New Heritage Collection homes at Sandringham Gardens where we have now sold 18 of the 27 properties. A number of those are now occupied and as people have seen the development taking shape this has led to an increase in demand. Along with the sales we’ve already secured we are also working with people who want to move here and perhaps have homes of their own to sell or want to buy particular properties. With such high demand I would encourage anyone considering moving here to act fast to avoid disappointment.”

Sandringham Gardens offers a choice of three and four-bedroom homes with current prices from £219,999 for a three-bedroom detached Brecon.

This stylish family home looks very traditional from the outside and as with all properties from the New Heritage Collection is inspired by the architecture of the Arts & Crafts era. Inside, however, it’s bright and modern with features designed for ease of living.

A spacious lounge spans from the front to the rear with French doors that open out onto the garden to emphasise the light and airy nature of the room. There’s an open plan kitchen and dining room that boasts integrated top brand name appliances including oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer, plus tall cabinets and extra wide drawers that offer plenty of storage; while the laundry keeps the washer and dryer out of the kitchen.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts an en-suite to complement the family bathroom which is shared by the remaining two bedrooms.

Located in Haigh Moor Road, the homes at Sandringham Gardens re five miles from Wakefield and seven miles from Leeds, making them good commuter bases with nearby stations in Dewsbury, Batley and Morley offering frequent services to Huddersfield and Bradford.

To be in with a chance of securing a move to Sandringham Gardens, visit the show homes, open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm.
