Persimmon Homes is delighted to announce the official opening of its showhome at Manor Park in Quedgeley on Saturday 6th April.

The showhome complete with fitness room will be open to view between 10am and 5pm for those who have eaten far too many Easter eggs than they’d like to admit.

Celebrity chef Paul Cook will be serving up some healthy snacks for visitors to try including ostrich served on rye or granary bread, celery boats with cottage cheese and smoked wild boar pastrami. There will also be juices squeezed to order including carrot, orange and apple.

Paul, who has appeared on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, cooked for royalty and appeared at many special events around the British Isles from John O’Groats to Land’s End, will also be on hand to talk about his very healthy low fat meals from around the world.

At Manor Park, the latest phase from Persimmon Homes, there is an extensive range of two, three and four bedroom homes to choose from.

Located in the popular area of Quedgeley, the development offers contemporary living set within a friendly community with a family pub restaurant, schools, shops, sports facilities and play areas all close by. Residents who enjoy the outdoors will also fall in love with the waterside activities provided by Manor Park’s close proximity to the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal and River Severn.

“Our showhome has been themed with the professional female in mind. Someone who wants a modern home, which suits their lifestyle,” said Nicola Reed, sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes Severn Valley. “However, there is something for everyone at Manor Park and we’ve already had lots of interest from first time buyers, investors and growing families.”

It’s never been easier to move into a brand new home at Manor Park with incentives such as NewBuy and Part Exchange available to assist purchasers with their move.

Persimmon are also offering the new Government backed Help to Buy scheme, which helps all buyers own a new home when putting down a 4% deposit and securing a 76% mortgage. The Government will then provide a 20% equity loan, which is interest-free for the first five years and can be repaid at any time or on the sale of the home.

Prices start from £101,500.
