Secure a new apartment at Saddlers Brook with Help to Buy

Home-hunters are being urged to hurry if they want to snap up a stylish apartment under the Help to Buy shared equity scheme at Saddlers Brook, Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after development in Rushall, West Midlands.

There’s a limited selection of two-bedroom apartments available to purchase through the brand new Government-backed incentive, which lets first-time buyers and existing homeowners to secure their new home for 80% of its full price, including a 5% deposit.

Under Help to Buy, a two-bedroom ‘Moore’ apartment can be purchased by an eligible buyer for 80% of its £119,995 purchase price – that’s just £95,996, including a 5% deposit of only £6,000. Alternatively, two-bedroom ‘Radcliffe’ apartments are available from only £98,396 through the initiative (full prices from £122,995) including a deposit as low as £6,150.

Elaine Taylor, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “The new Help to Buy scheme will make a huge difference to both first and second-time buyers who can afford the monthly repayments on a mortgage but not the hefty deposit.

“But with only a limited selection of properties available under this fantastic scheme, would-be homeowners should hurry along to Saddlers Brook to find out more – because once they’re gone, they’re gone!”

Two-bedroom apartments at Saddlers Brook are ideally suited to individuals or couples, with each plot benefiting from a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, an en-suite master bedroom, a further double bedroom, a main bathroom, plus allocated parking outside.

Alternatively, selected two and three-bedroom houses are available with Help to Buy at the development from as little as £106,800 (full prices from £133,500), while four-bedroom properties are priced from £199,995.

All new homes are completed to a high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchens with integrated oven, hob and hood.

The Help to Buy shared equity scheme involves a Government loan of 20% and is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for purchasers using the scheme.

Meanwhile, the NewBuy scheme lets credit-worthy first-time buyers and current homeowners purchase their ideal Taylor Wimpey home with a 95% mortgage.

Saddlers Brook enjoys a highly desirable location bordering woodland and green open spaces, with the picturesque Ford Brook running through its heart.

The development offers convenient access to Rushall’s community facilities including schools for children of all ages, shops, pubs, a medical centre as well as green open spaces and play areas.
