In November, award-winning housebuilder Redrow was delighted to announce its return to Gloucestershire with ‘Sellars Bridge’, a new 22-acre development in Hardwicke, building on the success of Cerney on the Water in South Cerney. Redrow is now encouraging homebuyers to find out more about the development as its Marketing Suite will open at Sellars Bridge this month.

Libby Bolton, area sales manager for Redrow (South West), said: “We are so excited about this new development! It is a beautiful part of the country and Sellars Bridge has been designed to create a superb range of family homes that captures the essence of traditional house building and will provide another example of quality and workmanship synonymous with Redrow. Our Marketing Suite is coming soon, so register your interest today to make sure you get pick of the plots!”

The new site will be home to 123 private properties, consisting of two, three, four and five bedroom homes as well as 52 affordable properties. Pre-showhome prices range from £165,995 to £475,995 and Redrow is encouraging house hunters to find out more and purchase off plan.

Libby continued: “Buying off plan has proved incredibly popular at our developments across the South West. Many homebuyers have opted to buy off plan as it has a great number of benefits; including being able to pick the finishing touches and personalising your new dream home, with choice of kitchen fittings, positioning/style of sockets and switches, wall tiles in the bathroom, door handles and wardrobes. In addition it allows homebuyers to opt for extras including bathroom upgrades, floor tiles, carpets, electric garage door and much more.”

Sellars Bridge is a superb development of New Heritage Collection homes located just four miles to the south west of Gloucester. Close to the city, yet on the edge of a canal and open countryside, Sellars Bridge enjoys the very best of both worlds, just like the superb homes being built there, with their blend of traditional architecture and modern interiors. The New Heritage collection was designed by Redrow following an overwhelming demand from customers looking for the traditional homes they’ve often grown up in, but with contemporary interiors and built-in efficiency.

The first showhomes at Sellars Bridge will be open from July and will include a three bedroom Letchworth, a four bedroom Balmoral and a five bedroom Marlborough.

Thanks to its excellent commuter connections to Bristol and Cheltenham, via junction 12 of the M5, Hardwicke is a highly sought after village location – it’s also in the catchment area of many highly regarded, excellent schools, making it desirable to professionals and young families alike.

As many of the properties at Sellars Bridge have not yet been officially released for sale, Redrow is also encouraging homebuyers to consider the Early Bird reservation scheme to make sure they don’t miss out. To reserve a Redrow home, buyers need only put down a fully refundable deposit of £500, complete a short Early Bird form and then simply wait for the home to be released for sale at which time Redrow will give them first refusal before it goes on general sale. If for any reason one cannot proceed with the purchase, Redrow will simply refund the £500 deposit, no questions asked.
