The Eden housing development at Leeds New Forest Village has released a new batch of detached homes and apartments as well as buying schemes, following pent up demand.
House-builder Taylor Wimpey has unveiled a wide variety of new designs, ranging from the five bedroom, four bathroom Monyash at £249,995; to the stylish Madrid apartment at just £71,996 with the FirstBuy scheme.
Anne Bagshaw, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire describes how the new releases are set to appeal to a wider market.

The developers FirstBuy scheme has been a resounding hit across the region in aiding new buyers get a foot on the housing ladder. The scheme works as a joint 20 per cent loan from Taylor Wimpey and the government, with first-time buyers only requiring a five per cent deposit to secure their new home.
Anne continued: “As well as FirstBuy on the new apartments, we will be offering the Part Exchange initiative across all of the new detached designs at Eden; where home-owners can benefit from Taylor Wimpey becoming the cash buyer for your existing property and avoiding estate agency fees.”
