Homebuyers who reserve one of the exclusive new properties being built at Redcliffe Homes’ Manor Farm development at Up Hatherley before the end of May will qualify for a number of fantastic offers.

The prestigious site, just outside Cheltenham, is being developed around the village landmark ‘Rusty Shilling’ farmhouse and has already attracted increasing numbers of visitors as the development has progressed.

And for those who reserve a plot before the end of May will be able to take advantage of Redcliffe Homes’ Easy Move scheme and receive flooring in their new home or use the company’s popular part exchange initiative.

Redcliffe Homes Marketing and Sales Manager Lorraine Kendrick said fine Spring weather had resulted in an immediate increase in inquiries at Manor Farm.

Lorraine said: “We know that that moving home can be very stressful and is why we have put in place these various offers for those who reserve before the end of May.

“Our Easy Move scheme means we will arrange everything from getting a valuation on a current home through to arranging viewings and we will help with estate agency fees.

“In some circumstances we will take a house in part exchange, making the move even smoother and if moves are being held up in a chain we will sometimes buy the property that is holding up the chain to enable sales to go through so that everyone can move on time.

“In these economic times we feel it is the responsibility of house-builders to help where we can and as long as the sums add up we are pleased to assist.”

Manor Farm comprises a stylish selection of 36 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes which includes the refurbished Rusty Shilling farmhouse and five former outbuildings with current availability including the five-bedroom Brockhampton and four-bedroom Andoversford house types.

Lorraine added: “By concentrating on a smaller number of quality homes we are creating a very special place for people to bring up their families in a sought-after semi-rural location just minutes from Cheltenham.

“The fact homebuyers can choose between a dozen distinct house styles ranging from the Rusty Shilling farmhouse to a two-bedroom home converted from one of the neighbouring outbuildings has clear appeal.

“We were determined to offer a well landscaped and spacious mix of homes and visitors have also appreciated the fact we have managed to preserve five English oaks within the development area.

“Not only will we restore the Rusty Shilling to its former splendour but also provide up-market, sustainable and much needed new homes in the area.

“By arranging the site around the centrepiece Rusty Shilling the architect has created an intriguing, uncluttered development showcasing a good variety of homes with large gardens to maintain the overall rural ambience.”

Steeped in history, the Grade II Listed Manor House dates from the 18th century on or near the site of an older, possibly moated building.

With three primary, two secondary and one private school locally, Manor Farm, just a five minute drive to centre of Cheltenham, is close to shopping and leisure facilities and just a short distance to the M5.

For those interested in buying a property at the development or want further details on the Easy Move, flooring or part exchange offers can visit the marketing suite and show home which is open Thursday to Monday 10 am to 5pm. Alternatively, log on to redcliffehomes.co.uk.
