Off plan success for new homes in Steeton

Buyers are being urged to act now if they want to have their pick of the properties at Manor Fields in Steeton.

The development has just launched and Redrow has already seen sales success with three eager buyers signed up and others keen to follow suit. It’s great news for the developer, particularly as the homes are being sold ‘off plan’ and this demonstrates consumer confidence.

Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), commented: “We’ve had a great response from homebuyers who’ve been keen to visit our sales office and find out more about the properties we’re building on Thornhill Road. We’re delighted to have already secured three reservations from buyers who simply can’t wait to move here, particularly as we’re yet to open show homes. We’re also working with other potential purchasers who want to buy one of our sought-after New Heritage Collection homes.

“Because we’re currently selling ‘off plan’ our friendly sales consultants are guiding visitors through the floor plans and helping to match them with the style of property that best suits their lifestyle. We’ve also found that people are happy to visit other developments to view show homes. Several potential purchasers have travelled to Wakefield and Guiseley and have been impressed by the high specification we offer as standard.”

Current availability at Manor Fields includes three and four-bedroom homes with prices from £210,950 for a three-bedroom Brecon style property. A four-bedroom Stratford can be purchased from £253,950.

Future phases will include two-bedroom homes.

“There are clear benefits to buying in a development’s early stages. For example those who buy now will have more to choose from not only in the style of home but also its position within the development than those who perhaps wait until later on. We’re even offering the chance to make an early bird reservation to give customers the first refusal on their preferred property when it’s released for sale,” Patsy added.

“Another advantage of buying ‘off plan’ before a home is physically built is that it provides the opportunity to enjoy the fun of choosing the finish of the interior including the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom tiles. Our skilled craftsmen will then do the hard work so that the customer can focus on building a new life in a new home that’s unique to them.”

To discover more about the benefits of buying a new home at Manor Fields ‘off plan’, visit the sales office, open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm.
