Award-winning chef “test drives” Redrow show home in Hailsham

Award-winning local chef Paul Noble will be showing prospective homebuyers how they could make the most of a stylish kitchen in a brand new Redrow home with a series of cookery demonstrations and tasting sessions on Saturday, May 18.

The event is designed to show case the lifestyle on offer at Willow Gardens in Hailsham. Visitors can enjoy a selection of canapés and light bites in the ‘Cambridge’ show home, while watching four expert culinary demonstrations by Paul, head chef and owner of Nobles Restaurant in Battle, from 12pm to 4pm.

Homebuyers can then explore the show home at their leisure to appreciate the style and specification on offer from Redrow.

As an added incentive, anyone who reserves over the weekend will receive a voucher for four people to dine at Nobles Restaurant, which will be supplied once they have legally completed their purchase.

Paul has been a chef for over 30 years and has worked at a number of fine dining establishments. He runs Nobles Restaurant, with his wife Debbie, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce. Nobles Restaurant was awarded two knives and forks in this year’s Michelin Guide and the won the1066 Business Awards ‘Eatery of the Year’ award’ 2012.
