Boasting superb kerb-appeal the practical two bedroom Andrew 2, three bedroom Balfour 2 and four bedroom detached Monro showhomes offer inspirational interiors that will appeal to first-time buyers and young families looking for a move to this stylish development of new homes.

Almond Park offers an impressive choice of two bedroom apartments, two and three bedroom terraced and semi detached homes, three and four bedroom detached as well as four bedroom townhouses from Taylor Wimpey’s Scotland 2 range - all designed to appeal to a wide range of buyers. Prices currently range from £147,500 for the two bedroom Andrew 2, up to £168,995 for the three bedroom Balfour 2.

The two bedroom Andrew 2 showhome boasts a high-gloss white fitted kitchen with a contrasting ‘inky’ black worktop that’s styled with bright yellow flowers that kick-starts a bold yellow floral theme that links every home in this contemporary home. The lounge enjoys French doors to the rear garden, and room for informal dining, plus a feature wall is home to a subtle grey and silver brick theme that’s effortlessly cool.

Upstairs bedroom one and two are either side of a spacious bathroom that enjoys sophisticated cool grey and white tiling for a simple and chic look. Each bedroom is a sanctuary of dove-grey, whites and accents of yellow creating two calming spaces to enjoy a good night’s rest. Single mirrored fitted wardrobes in bedroom two, plus double fitted wardrobes in bedroom one all adds up to plenty of storage space.

Next door the three bedroom Balfour 2 showhome offers a contemporary mix of cool white, with accents of turquoise blue and soft lime green throughout many of the rooms. The lounge offers a great space for informal family dining, plus French doors make the most of the rear garden. Upstairs there’s plenty of room to ensure everyone has their space to relax including a well-proportioned master bedroom that’s a great sanctuary after a long busy day, as well as two further bedrooms that will appeal to junior members of the family.

Completing the trio the impressive four bedroom detached Monro enjoys a warm palette of soft golds, silver and copper with accent colours and designs in every room that create a sophisticated and stylish home. The lounge provides a haven of style with comfortable warm white sofas that cleverly provide a natural base for the signature natural colours of gold, rust, soft silver and soft red that are used sparingly. Two large mirrors and an impressive dove grey side unit adds to the overall impact of space in this room.

The kitchen at the rear offers plenty of space for relaxed family dining, as well as French doors to the rear garden, plus an island discreetly separates the different areas of this room and provides great storage. The natural high-gloss wooden veneer of the fully-fitted kitchen boosts the overall easy-going style and flow of this family home. A handy utility room offers additional storage as well as a back door to the garden. Plus with seating for six, the separate dining room is a stylish place to entertain guests and adds flexibility to this great family home.

Upstairs the mix of natural colours of soft coppers and silver continue into the master bedroom. This room offers a subtle mix of luxurious fabrics that adds texture and opulence to this spacious room that also boasts an en suite, as well as two sets of fitted wardrobes. Splashes of raspberry from the bedspread, and cushions makes this a welcome place to retire to.

The remaining three bedrooms offer plenty of space for the rest of the family, and bedroom two also enjoys the benefit of an en suite so it’s likely to be popular with teenagers or a great guest bedroom!
