Taylor Wimpey launches new sales office at St John's Gate, Clacton

Essex property-seekers can now choose from a stunning new selection of contemporary homes in Clacton-on-Sea following the launch of the Sales and Marketing Suite at Taylor Wimpey’s St John’s Gate development.

Open from Thursday to Monday between 10am and 5.30pm, the newly-opened office is staffed by friendly Sales Executives who are ready to help would-be purchasers discover their dream home at this prestigious new property collection.

As well as viewing detailed plans for the first selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, priced from just £142,995, visitors can find out more about the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which is now available at St John’s Gate.

Under Help to Buy, first-time buyers and those with a property to sell can purchase any new home at the development for 80% of its full price, including a 5% deposit.
