Shropshire property-seekers on the look-out for their dream home are being urged to find out more about a brand new collection of high-quality homes coming soon from Taylor Wimpey at Lawley Village, Telford.

Following hot on the heels of the success of Forest Glen, the leading housebuilder’s current phase of development at Lawley Village, Woodland View will be a brand new selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes enjoying a peaceful yet well-connected location in this exciting new community.

The new phase is set to be unveiled at the end of June and anyone hoping to choose their favourite plot should register their interest now to make sure they don’t miss out.

In the meantime, there’s currently a superb selection of three, four and five-bedroom homes to choose from at Forest Glen – with prices starting from as little as £167,995.

The Government’s new Help to Buy scheme is now available at the development, enabling eligible purchasers to secure their ideal home for 80% of its full price.

Carl Cooke, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Forest Glen has been an incredibly popular development and it’s easy to see why this emerging new community at Lawley Village is proving so attractive, with high-quality homes available for great-value prices in a stunning location.

“We expect our latest collection of homes at Woodland View to be snapped up quickly by buyers eager to join this exciting neighbourhood, and I would urge potential purchasers to register their interest now to receive information as soon as the properties go on sale.”

The new homes currently on sale at Forest Glen include three-bedroom houses from £167,99 and four-bedroom designs from £184,995.

Under the Government’s new Help to Buy shared equity scheme, first-time buyers and existing homeowners can purchase their new home for 80% of its full price, including a 5% deposit. The initiative is available on all new-build homes priced up to £600,000 and there is no salary cap for customers taking advantage of the scheme.

The NewBuy initiative, meanwhile, gives credit-worthy purchasers in a variety of circumstances the chance to access their ideal home with a 95% mortgage.

Telford’s sought-after Lawley Village community comprises four distinct neighbourhoods and has been carefully designed to offer a bustling social hub, a combination of contemporary and classical architecture, public open spaces and a host of local amenities, including a supermarket, offices, shops, community facilities and a primary school.

For commuters, the village is well served by both existing and planned public transport links, while the M54 and M6 are only a short drive away, with Telford’s vast array of shopping and leisure opportunities located less than three miles away.

Property-seekers hoping to purchase a new home in the current phase of Forest Glen or register their interest in the new Woodland View phase should visit the Sales Centre, located off Lawley Drive, Telford, TF3 5HL, and open Thursday to Monday from 11am to 5pm.
