The Government’s Help to Buy shared equity initiative offers first-time buyers and those looking to move home a chance to snap up a stunning three or four-bedroom property at the development for just 80% of its price, including a 5% deposit.

Under Help to Buy, a Government loan of up to 20% is provided to help eligible customers to purchase any new-build property up to the value of £600,000, meaning they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

There is no salary cap for customers using the scheme and it is available to both first-time buyers and existing homeowners looking to move.

Just one of the homes available under the scheme is the three-bedroom ‘Holly’, priced from £260,000 and featuring a light and airy open-plan living/dining/garden room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a contemporary kitchen and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, a further well-proportioned bedroom and a family bathroom, while an additional double bedroom is located on the top floor. Outside, the property benefits from two allocated parking spaces.

Alternatively, four-bedroom properties are also available at The Grange from just £290,000.
