Property-seekers can take advantage of a new scheme to secure a fabulous detached home for less at Silver Waters, Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after development in Brownhills, West Midlands.

There is a superb selection of four-bedroom detached houses currently on sale at the development, and each can be secured for just 80% of their full price under the Government’s Help to Buy scheme.

This sensational scheme means the customer only requires a deposit as low as 5% and a 75% loan-to-value mortgage, which allows them to access a much wider choice of deals from lenders offering more competitive rates.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Help to Buy gives prospective purchasers in a variety of circumstances an opportunity to secure their ideal home for considerably less than they might have expected – and with a very affordable deposit.

“The scheme offers a convenient and speedy way to trade up to a bigger and better home, so is ideal for those who want the extra space of a larger property, but don’t want to wait months, or even years, to make a move.

“Interest is running high in this sensational new way to secure a stylish four-bedroom detached home at Silver Waters, so would-be buyers should visit our Sales Centre soon to make sure they don’t miss out on their perfect plot!”

Four-bedroom detached homes available with Help to Buy at Silver Waters include the ‘Malbury’, priced from £239,995, the ‘Eynsham’ from £249,995 and the ‘Shelford’, priced from £264,995.

Under Help to Buy, a Government loan of up to 20% is provided to help eligible customers to purchase any new-build property up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for customers using the scheme and it is available to both first-time buyers and existing homeowners looking to move.

Silver Waters is an exceptional collection of just 36 private homes from Taylor Wimpey Midlands, the award-winning housebuilder which collected six Pride in the Job Quality Awards from the National House-Building Council (NHBC) for developments across the region in 2012.

Schools for children of all ages are located close to the new homes, while commuters will appreciate the town’s good public transport links and close proximity to the A5, the A461, the M6 Toll and the M6 for connections around the Midlands.
