Summer Fete at The Heathfields
House builder Redrow is holding a Summer Fete at its Taunton-based development and is inviting local homebuyers and residents to come along for an afternoon of family fun and to find out more about the range of homes available.
The event is taking place on Saturday 3rd August from 11am-3pm at The Heathfields, which is located in the picturesque village of Monkton Heathfield in the stunning Somerset countryside.
All the fun of the fair is coming to The Heathfields – with authentic fun fair stalls where visitors will be able to win a prize on a range of games including Hook a Duck, Hoopla and The Coconut Shy. There will also be traditional treats for everyone, including popcorn and candy floss.
All house hunters in Somerset are welcome, including those interested in properties at Redrow’s other nearby developments; Bagley Green in Wellington, Wembdon Park in Bridgwater and Mitchell Park in Chard.
Redrow is giving one lucky visitor to the fete the chance to win a summer set worth over £400! The set includes a barbecue, a contemporary four seat outdoor dining set with parasol, a cast iron chimenea, a luxury local food hamper as well as a ten foot paddling pool! To enter, attendees can either complete forms found on press adverts about the event in the Somerset County Gazette, Bridgewater Mercury or Wellington Weekly News, or, fill in a prize draw leaflet handed out on the day of the event. The winner will be announced at approximately 3pm.
The ‘Heart Angels’ from Heart Somerset radio station will also be attendance. They will be found in their feel-good alfresco zone offering free face-painting, playing giant Jenga and Connect4 with the kids and there will also be deck chairs where adults can chill out.
Attendees to the event will have the opportunity to take a look around the three stylish showhomes which include the three bedroom Warwick, four bedroom Cambridge and five bedroom Hampstead.
