Get Help to Buy your first home at The Ridings in Pulborough

First-time buyers are being offered an incredible opportunity to step on to the property ladder with a small deposit at The Ridings, Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after development in Pulborough, West Sussex.

The two-bedroom Plot 6 ‘Fleet’ apartment at The Ridings can be secured under Help to Buy for 80% of its full £180,000 price, including a deposit as low as 5%.

This beautiful property features a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining/living room opening through French doors to a private balcony, a generous en-suite master bedroom, a further double bedroom and a bathroom, while allocated parking is located outside.

Alternatively, four and five-bedroom homes are available at The Ridings from as little as £305,000 and £500,000 respectively.

Help to Buy involves a Government loan of up to 20% and is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for purchasers using the scheme.
