Leeds hotspot lures new home-buyers

Taylor Wimpey is delighted to announce that the final phase of new homes at its Gateway development in Middleton are now available for prospective buyers.

Following five successive years of building, which saw surging demand for further affordable homes; Taylor Wimpey has announced the development is now in the final stages and it is the last chance for buyers to snap up a home.

There are now just 54 properties left in this final phase, meaning that almost 80 per cent of the homes across The Gateway development are now sold.
