Linden Homes is helping homebuyers by hosting a part exchange event at its Ogwell Brook development in East Ogwell on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th August.

Part exchange enables homeowners to buy a new home and sell their existing home in one, quick, hassle-free move; there’s no chain and the company will pay the estate agents fees.
