Quick-off-the-mark home-hunters looking to move by the end of September can now choose from a select collection of properties at Taylor Wimpey’s Woodall Grange development in Dudley.

There’s a choice of three and four-bedroom houses which will be ready to move into at the development during September, including:

Three-bedroom Plot 45 ‘Ingleton 2’ terraced house, £164,995
Three-bedroom Plot 46 ‘Ingleton 2’ terraced house, £162,995
Four-bedroom Plot 55 ‘Lincoln’ detached house, £209,995

Each property includes a turfed rear garden and flooring throughout and is available with the Government’s Help to Buy shared equity scheme, enabling first-time buyers and those looking to move home to purchase their new property for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Reserving a brand new home now for completion in September means purchasers can relax and enjoy the summer, secure in the knowledge that a stress-free move to their dream home will be the perfect antidote to the post-holiday blues!

“Potential buyers can visualise the wonderful lifestyle they could be enjoying at Woodall Grange by visiting the stunning ‘Ingleton 2’ and ‘Wessex’ showhomes.

“With just three September plots to choose from and the fantastic Help to Buy scheme available, I’d urge anyone hoping to snap up one of these beautiful properties to act now – or risk missing out!”

Under Help to Buy, a Government loan of up to 20% is provided to help eligible customers purchase any new-build property up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for customers using the scheme and it is available to both first-time buyers and those with a property to sell.

With a loan-to-value mortgage of 75% all that’s required, purchasers can access a wider range of more competitive mortgage deals from lenders. Full details of the scheme are available from the Sales Executive.

Woodall Grange enjoys a well-connected location off Constitution Hill, just a short stroll from the extensive selection of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues in Dudley town centre.

Meanwhile, big-name brands, niche products, everyday items and special gifts can be snapped up at any one of over 230 stores at Merry Hill Shopping Centre, three miles away, where food from across the globe can be enjoyed at more than 50 places to eat.

Families will also appreciate the good choice of nursery, primary and secondary schools located near the new homes.

For commuters, there’s quick access to the A4123 into Birmingham or Wolverhampton, while junction 2 of the M5 motorway is just a few miles away, providing links to the M42 and M6 for the Midlands and beyond. Dudley Port railway station is just over two miles from home, offering services into Birmingham New Street in approximately 15 minutes.

To find out more about moving into a brand new home this September with Help to Buy at Woodall Grange, property-seekers should visit the Sales Centre, located off Martin Hill Street, Dudley, DY2 8RT, and open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm.
