The stunning South African bush, its exotic wildlife and mesmerising sunsets will be captured on camera this November, the tour operator’s new photography holiday launching at Ant’s Nest – a luxury bush home. On the week-long stay, guests will be joined by Lotty Van Hulst, a professional photographer who has worked with one of the Netherlands most revered equestrian magazines.

The program will cover aperture (automatic-mode), composition, understanding what makes great photography, step-by-step instruction on settings, and a lesson on how to take the best horse photo. A blend of theory and practice, daily game drives will allow guests to tell their own story through the lens, and still very much a riding holiday, twice daily horseback adventures covering varied trails in the picturesque Waterberg region are included. In the evening budding photographers will have ample time to review their shots over a sundowner, Lotty helping guests to progress their new-found shutterbug skills.

An unforgettable experience, the stay will also include a night sky safari, wine tasting evening and optional day trip to the Lapalala Wilderness Reserve, home to numerous ancient bushman paintings and archeological sites.

Ant’s Nest is situated in a natural amphitheatre, its wide verandahs overlooking a private reserve and waterhole where wild game abound. 7-nights with Ranch Rider from only £1,285pp (two sharing) including, accommodation, meals, drinks (including alcohol), riding safari’s, 4×4 safari’s, guided walks, use of facilities and taxes.
