Quick-off-the-mark property-seekers looking for their dream in Coventry can take advantage of the fabulous benefits of buying off-plan at Taylor Wimpey’s The Promenade development in New Stoke Village.

This superb collection of high-quality homes is proving a real hit with purchasers who’ve been quick to reserve their favourite plots since the development was launched in January 2013.

They’ve already discovered that choosing a brand new home off-plan, in the early stages of development, is the best way to ensure their dream home meets their individual requirements as they can choose from Taylor Wimpey’s extensive range of interior Options.

Purchasers who reserve off-plan can also often reap financial rewards as once the purchaser has made their reservation, the price of their new home will be guaranteed until it is ready to move into, even if the cost of similar properties in the development increases in the meantime.

Elaine Taylor, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Buying off-plan and using a little imagination can make all the difference to enable smart purchasers to beat the rush and secure exactly the home they’ve always dreamed of.

“With properties at The Promenade selling fast, however, the only note of caution I would add is that anyone hoping to choose their favourite plot here should act now – or risk missing out!”

There’s a fantastic selection of family-size houses now available to reserve at The Promenade, with three-bedroom homes priced from £168,995 and four-bedroom designs from £174,995.

The three-bedroom ‘Brecon’ terraced home, for example, is priced from £168,995 and features a spacious living room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen/dining room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to two well-proportioned bedrooms and a main bathroom, while an en-suite master bedroom, complete with walk-in dressing area, occupies the entire top floor. Outside, the property benefits from allocated parking for two vehicles.

The Government’s new Help to Buy shared equity scheme is available now at the development, enabling first-time buyers and those looking to move home to purchase their new property for 80% of its full price, including a 5% deposit. The NewBuy initiative, meanwhile, gives credit-worthy purchasers in a variety of circumstances the chance to access their ideal home with a 95% mortgage.

The Promenade is an exciting new development in the up-and-coming area of New Stoke Village on the eastern fringes of Coventry’s historic city centre. This emerging residential neighbourhood benefits from attractive green open spaces, cycle routes and footpaths, with a choice of schools for children of all ages located nearby.

Coventry boasts an extensive selection of shops, plus theatres, cinemas, museums, art galleries, restaurants and bars, plus the Coventry SkyDome Ice Rink, the Ricoh Arena and the first city-centre IKEA to be opened in the UK.

Junction 2 of the M6 is less than five miles away and Coventry railway station only two miles from home for regular services to London Euston and Birmingham.

To find out more about the benefits of buying off-plan at The Promenade, property-seekers should visit the Sales and Marketing Suite, located off Humber Road, Stoke, Coventry, CV3 1BW, and open daily from 10am to 5pm.
