House-hunters in the West Midlands are lining up to register their interest in the stunning new homes at Taylor Wimpey’s Mulberry Gardens development in Meriden – before the properties have even been released for sale.

The development will offer a superb selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes in a fantastic location that offers a tranquil village lifestyle yet remaining within easy reach of both Birmingham and Coventry.

The Mulberry Gardens Sales Centre is due to open at the end of September, but discerning property-seekers have already been quick to register for updates on this collection of new-build homes.

Anyone who registers their interest before the launch event will receive free Taylor Wimpey Options worth £500 for their new home if they go on to reserve at the development – so those interested in securing their perfect property are urged to get in touch without delay.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “There has been a huge amount of interest from prospective purchasers interested in securing one of these fabulous contemporary homes at this great new development.

“We’ve received a high number of enquiries from savvy buyers before we have even opened the Sales Centre, so I would urge anyone interested in the properties at Mulberry Gardens to register their interest as soon as possible – or risk missing out!”

Meriden is an attractive, family-friendly village which enjoys a central location within easy reach of both Coventry and Birmingham, whilst oozing countryside charm. The focal point of the village is a cross, representing what is said to be the centre of England.

Opposite the village green are a handful of local shops for everyday requirements, including two newsagents, a traditional fish and chip shop and a pharmacy. There is also a selection of pubs, giving residents the chance to enjoy all the benefits of village life.

Those who enjoy the great outdoors will appreciate that picturesque open countryside and woodland are just minutes from the doorstep, while Stonebridge Golf Club and North Warwickshire Golf Course are both just a short stroll away.

Parents will appreciate Meriden C of E Primary School is within walking distance of the development, and also includes a day nursery for pre-school children.

For commuters, Meriden offers convenient access to the A45 for quick links to Coventry, Birmingham, the M42 and the M6, while Birmingham International Airport is only five miles away for those travelling further afield.
