West Midlands buyers are straight to the point with Miller
Customers in Coventry are sold on Miller Point, with sales on the Miller Homes development, equating to an average of one new home being snapped up every week in 2013.
The team at Miller Point, has welcomed a high volume of visitors to the development this year, all drawn by the mix of the size and styles of homes and the desirable New Stoke Village location.
“An average of one sale a week for the last year is pretty impressive,” commented Paul Walters, associate director for Miller Homes West Midlands. “We now have only a few properties left to sell and they’re going fast.

Amongst the properties available at the development is the four-bedroom, three-storey Lewis Variant. With prices starting from £179,950, it features an open plan kitchen and dining area with French doors into the garden, and an en-suite in the master bedroom.
Like all properties at Miller Point, the Lewis Variant is available as part of the Help to Buy scheme. Unveiled as part of this year’s budget, the initiative allows buyers to purchase a property with only a 5% deposit and helps to fund up to 20% of the purchase price in the form of an equity loan. This would make the Lewis Variant available form as little as £143,960.
