Best plots saved until last at Elswick Park

Prospective purchasers will need to act fast if they don’t want to miss out on the final homes available to buy at Taylor Wimpey’s in-demand Elswick Park development in Yate, near Bristol.

There are just a handful of plots remaining at the development – but fortunately for would-be buyers, the leading housebuilder has certainly saved the best until last!

House-hunters cannot afford to delay, however, if they don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to secure one of these stunning three and four-bedroom properties, each benefiting from a prime location within the highly desirable new community.

The final homes available to reserve at Elswick Park include the four-bedroom ‘Warwick’ semi-detached home, priced at £239,995 and featuring a good-sized living/dining room with French doors opening out to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

To make choosing one of these final properties even easier and more affordable, the Government’s Help to Buy shared equity scheme enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure their new home for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%, by taking advantage of a Government loan of up to 20%.

The initiative is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme. Alternatively, purchasers can secure their new property with a 5% deposit using the NewBuy scheme.

Elswick Park is located in the new town of Yate on the south-west edge of the Cotswolds, giving residents easy access to some of the UK’s most beautiful countryside.

Within walking distance of the development is Yate shopping centre, offering a selection of high street shops and independent boutiques, while more extensive shopping is available in the nearby cities of Bristol and Bath.
