Stop watches at the ready - Redrow’s 15 Minute Mortgage Challenge is coming to Towcester.

With mortgage approvals at a five year high Redrow is inviting buyers to see just how quick and easy it could be to qualify for a home loan. Those who visit Tove Grange this weekend (October 19 / 20) could find out how much they are able to borrow in the time it takes to drink a cuppa!

New homes mortgage specialists will be on hand to review customers’ finances, assess how much they can afford to borrow and guide them through the buying process, including explaining incentives such as the Help to Buy equity loan scheme.

Prices start from £344,950 four a four-bedroom Cambridge style property. Factor in Help to Buy and the initial purchase price is only £275,960. The balance is covered by the 20% equity loan, which is interest free for five years and can be repaid when the customer has more funds available.
