A stunning new development from leading Midlands builders Persimmon Homes is enjoying a successful start, despite the homes being sold off-plan.

The first sale at The Hedgerows, Irthlingborough, was made on the day the development opened, and those first customers are looking forward to moving in in time for Christmas.

The Hedgerows is a development of just 57 two, three and four bedroom homes on Addington Road. Properties include the three bedroom, semi detached ‘Epsom’, with large lounge, kitchen diner and downstairs cloakroom, while upstairs the master bedroom has an en suite and built in wardrobes. It also comes with two parking spaces, all for just £146,950.

Also, the four bedroom detached ‘Thirsk’ is an attractive double fronted family home, spacious enough for a growing family, with a large open plan kitchen dining room, utility and lounge with double doors opening onto the garden. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en suite, there are a further three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Prices start from £199,950.

A number of special offers and incentives are available at The Hedgerows to get you moving, including Help to Buy and Part Exchange, and there is still time to buy and be in by Christmas.

Debbie Box, sales manager for Persimmon Homes Midlands, said: “October is a crucial month for house buyers, as it is a great time to plan for that all important moving in by Christmas date.

“With our superb range of offers and discounts available to those reserving a property at The Hedgerows, we are confident that this development will be at the top of many of our customers’ Christmas lists.”

Four properties have already been sold at The Hedgerows, and the fabulous new show home is due at the development by the end of November.

Irthlingborough has a variety of local and independent shops and a selection of cafés, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. It lies along the Nene Way, a waymarked long-distance footpath which trails the banks of the river for part or all of its 70 miles as it goes ‘up hill and down dale’. Visitors can enjoy quality fishing at Glebe Meadow Fishery and the nature reserve at nearby Ditchford Lakes and Meadows.
