New homes to be released for sale in Duston

31st October 2013 Print

40 brand new homes are set to be released for sale at a new Westleigh Homes development in Duston, Northampton.

House hunters will soon be able to reserve a new home at Highgrove Fields in Duston after Westleigh Homes announced the first phase would be released for purchase off-plan earlier than anticipated due to experiencing a high volume of interest.

The first homes are set to be complete by spring 2014, the new development will offer the popular Government-backed Help to Buy scheme on selected homes and boasts a mix of detached and semi-detached three, four and five bedroom properties.

Robert Orr, Sales and Marketing Manager Westleigh Homes, comments: “Duston is a highly desirable location, thanks to its village feel and the easy access it offers to local amenities and to the heart of Northampton. It is also recognised as a family-friendly area and so we’re building a range of spacious and traditionally-styled homes for Highgrove Fields that have already proven popular even before being built!

Therefore, after experiencing above average levels of enquiries from potential buyers keen to purchase at Highgrove Fields, we will shortly be taking reservations on the new properties off plan. Help to Buy will also be available and we are urging those interested to contact our Head Office to register their interest in these new releases as we anticipate high demand.”

Highgrove Fields is well placed for access into Northampton and sits just four miles from junctions 15a and 16 of the M1.

Westleigh Homes builds contemporary new homes across the Midlands from its base in Leicester and designs homes and specifications with modern lifestyles in mind. It ensures its new homes embrace existing buildings, styles and materials, whilst also ensuring the build has a minimal impact on the local environment.
