Aspiring homeowners in Northamptonshire are being offered the chance to swap rented accommodation for their very own dream apartment at Taylor Wimpey’s Apple Blossom Crescent development in Little Billing – potentially saving money in the process!

A range of contemporary apartments are available to buy at this in-demand development, meaning purchasers could be settled in by Christmas, and with prices starting from just £119,995 property-seekers have been urged to ditch renting and buy now.

Mariana Knight, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Many people living in rented accommodation wrongly assume that the first rung of the property ladder is out of their reach, either because they think they’ll need a huge deposit or because they’re concerned they won’t be able to afford the mortgage.

“However, they may be surprised to learn that the monthly mortgage repayments on a new apartment at Apple Blossom Crescent could work out cheaper than the cost of their monthly rent. To find out how, I would urge potential first-time buyers to visit the development as soon as possible.”

The apartments at Apple Blossom Crescent are priced from £119,995 and feature a contemporary kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms and a main bathroom off the private entrance hallway. There is allocated parking outside and each apartment comes complete with carpets throughout.

All homes at the development are completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

The Government’s Help to Buy scheme is available at Apple Blossom Crescent, enabling first-time buyers and existing homeowners to secure their new property for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%.

Help to Buy involves a Government loan of up to 20% and is available on new-build homes up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Situated on the eastern fringes of Northampton, Little Billing offers all the benefits of urban living, yet is just a short distance from some beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. Amenities for everyday needs are within easy reach, including shops, pubs and places to eat, and schools for children of all ages.

The high street stores and the bars, restaurants and entertainment facilities of Northampton town centre are just three miles away, while Sixfields leisure park, with its multi-screen cinema, bowling alley, gym, shops and restaurants, is easily accessible by car.

Apple Blossom Crescent has an enviable position close to the A45 for easy access to the M1 and A14. Northampton railway station provides good local services, plus regular trains into London Euston and Birmingham New Street.

To find out how buying a new home at Apple Blossom Crescent could be cheaper than renting, first-time buyers should visit the Sales Centre, located off Wellingborough Road, Little Billing, Northampton, NN3 9BQ, and open daily from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
