New homes bring £185,000 investment to Dudley borough

Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey West Midlands is investing more than £185,000 in local community facilities as part of a major new homes development which is now taking shape in Kingswinford.

Taylor Wimpey’s Himley View is delivering high-quality homes plus a host of amenities to the community – including financial contributions for the local area totalling £186,295.

The money being pledged by Taylor Wimpey in association with the development includes nearly £100,000 for local transport infrastructure improvements, £25,000 for highway improvements and more than £60,000 towards library facilities in the area.

In addition, 65 of the 334 new homes to be constructed on the overall development will be designated as affordable housing.
