Queensberry & Telereal Trillium launch Edinburgh residential development
Queensberry and Telereal Trillium have joined forces to develop 81 contemporary new homes in one of Edinburgh’s most prestigious residential suburbs.
With an estimated end-value in the region of £50m, Woodcroft follows on from Queensberry’s recent announcement of an exclusive new residential development on Kinnear Road, with a project end-value in excess of £9m.
Situated off Grange Loan in the Morningside area of Edinburgh, Woodcroft is a 4.9 acre site that is set to provide a collection of 24, three-storey four-bedroom townhouses offering bespoke family accommodation ranging in size from 2,100 sq. ft. to 3,400 sq. ft, each complete with its own private garden.
In addition, a mix of 57, two and three-bedroom apartments is also planned for the development, including a number of impressive penthouses. The majority of apartments will vary in size from 1,300 sq. ft to a 2,200 sq. ft., with many featuring balconies or terraces.
Queensberry, which is a partnership between Cruden and Buccleuch Property, one of Scotland's leading privately owned housebuilders and one of the country's most established land and property experts, is delivering this latest exciting project as a joint venture with landowner and renowned property management company Telereal Trillium.

Prices will be released in the region of £800,000 to £1.2m for the townhouses and from around £400,000 for the apartments.

Planning consent has already been granted and phase one of construction is planned for early 2014, with the first completions towards the end of 2014.
