Homes in Bristol have proved to be such a big draw for buyers that Barratt has only one home remaining at The Meads and is already planning the launch of a number of new developments in the area.

The Meads in Frampton Cotterell has been particularly successful with a wide range of buyers and sales director Andrea Pilgrim said the location, choice of homes and quality have proved a winning formula.

“We have seen a tremendous response from buyers at The Meads from the first day we opened. The beautifully designed homes have proved to be popular and just a four bedroom Dumont design remains,” said Andrea.

It is priced at £328,000 and features an open plan kitchen/dining room and a spacious lounge with French doors leading to the rear garden.

The master bedroom has an ensuite and there are also three further good size bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The Meads is only a short walk from traditional local pubs and only eight miles to Bristol city centre which has a wide range of bars restaurants and shops. It is also less than nine miles away from Cribbs Causeway.

The success of new homes in Bristol has prompted Barratt to announce plans for a number of new developments in the area. New homes for first time buyers and those looking to move up the housing ladder are set to be launched in the coming months including Colliers Court in Speedwell and Imperial Court in Whitchurch.

“As demand for new homes increases, we try to build in locations that meet the needs of homeowners. We hope that people looking to move in 2014 will find their dream home at one of our developments in Bristol,” added Andrea.

For further details on the final home at The Meads call the sales office, open daily, 11.00 am – 6.00 pm, or log onto barratthomes.co.uk.
