Home-hunters in the West Midlands are urged to act now to avoid missing out on their dream home at Silver Waters, Taylor Wimpey’s stunning development in Brownhills, which is now almost complete.

There’s only a handful of properties remaining for sale at this NHBC Seal of Excellence award-winning development, each available with the Help to Buy equity loan scheme.

The final selection includes a choice of four-bedroom detached houses, including the ‘Malbury’, ‘Longworth’ and ‘Eynsham’ designs, each priced at £249,995, and the ‘Fernhampton’ at £264,995.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “As we near the completion of Silver Waters, now is a great time for home-hunters to come along and take a fresh look at this wonderful development to see how it’s taken shape.

“For those with a property to sell, we can offer either Part Exchange or Help to Buy with Easymover, to ensure their move is free from stress and worry. However, we only have a few plots remaining for sale, so potential purchasers are advised to hurry or risk missing out!”

The Plot 22 ‘Longworth’, for example, is priced at £249,995, including a fully integrated kitchen/dining room with fridge/freezer and dishwasher, which opens through French doors to the private rear garden, with a lounge, a utility room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while outside, the property benefits from an integral garage and driveway parking.

Alternatively, the three-bedroom ‘Wyevale’ semi-detached house is available at £174,995.

Help to Buy enables first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan of up to 20% of their new home’s full price, so they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

This can be combined with Taylor Wimpey’s Easymover scheme, which sees the leading housebuilder instruct local estate agents to find a buyer for the purchaser’s existing property.

Alternatively, existing homeowners looking to move up the property ladder can take advantage of Taylor Wimpey’s Part Exchange scheme. With Part Exchange, the leading housebuilder becomes the guaranteed purchaser of the customer’s current home for an agreed price based on the average of independent professional valuations.

Silver Waters is an exceptional collection of just 36 private homes, which is at the forefront of the exciting regeneration of Brownhills, and benefits from a convenient location within easy reach of a host of town centre amenities, including shops, cafes and restaurants, and a large Tesco superstore.

Schools for children of all ages are located close to the new homes, while commuters will appreciate the town’s good public transport links and close proximity to the A5, the A461, the M6 Toll and the M6 for connections around the Midlands.

To take a fresh look at the final homes available at Silver Waters, property-seekers should visit the Sales Centre, located off Silver Street, Brownhills, and open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm.
