Property-seekers hunting for their dream home in Suffolk can soon experience a taste of life at The Arboretum, Taylor Wimpey’s fast-selling development in Haverhill.

The fabulous two-bedroom ‘Belford’ showhome is due to be unveiled on Saturday 1st March, providing a unique insight into the wonderful lifestyle opportunities on offer in this sought-after location bordered by beautiful Suffolk countryside.

Anyone hoping to secure their ideal home from this superb collection of apartments and houses is advised to visit the new Sales Information Centre and showhome during the launch weekend – and discover exactly what The Arboretum has to offer.

Caroline Carter, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Our expert designers are busy putting the finishing touches to the beautiful showhome at The Arboretum and, although we’re keeping the exact details of what these gorgeous properties will look like under wraps until then, what I can say is that home-hunters are bound to be impressed.

“The new homes at The Arboretum are selling fast – in fact we’re already now selling properties which will be ready in 2015 – so anyone hoping to secure their dream home here is advised to come along and see us as soon as they can!”

There is a range of properties currently available to reserve at The Arboretum, including two-bedroom apartments from £143,995, the three-bedroom ‘Flatford’ terraced house from £214,995, and the three-bedroom ‘Easdale’ end-terrace from £231,995.

The Arboretum forms part of the Haverhill Research Park, a 30-acre redevelopment site that sits on the northern fringe of Haverhill, a busy market town that boasts a good range of high street shops and independent stores in its part-pedestrianised town centre.

A wide selection of leisure activities means families are well catered for, including the Haverhill Arts Centre, which serves as a cinema and theatre, and a well-equipped leisure centre.

The development itself will boast plenty of public open space, including woodland, play areas and public cyclepaths and footpaths, while there is a Sainsbury’s supermarket close by and a family-friendly pub/restaurant will also be opening.

Parents will appreciate the good choice of schools on offer in the town, including the nearby New Cangle Community Primary School and Burton End Community Primary School, which are both rated as ‘good’ by Ofsted.

For commuters, the development is a 20-minute drive from the A11, which leads north to the A14 and south to the M11, and is just a 14-mile car journey away from Cambridge. Meanwhile, Audley End railway station is 16 miles away and has direct links to London Liverpool Street.

House-hunters can be among the first to see the new showhome at The Arboretum by attending the launch on Saturday 1st March from 10am until 5pm.

The development is located at Haverhill Research Park, off the A1307, Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 7SW, and open daily from 10am until 5pm (Mondays 1.30pm to 5pm). Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
