Housebuilder Linden Homes will be continuing its long-association with Lincolnshire, following planning consent for a new 50 home development.

The award-winning developer recently obtained local authority planning permission for the homes on the outskirts of Lincoln.

The development – located off Jupiter way in the village of Witham St Hughes – will comprise a stunning selection of three and four-bedroom family homes built in traditional two-storey designs.

Linden Homes sales director Chris Roads said: “We are delighted to announce this new development, and to be able to continue to offer home hunters in and around the area increased choice of new housing in a carefully selected location.

“Witham St Hughs is the latest in a number of new locations for Linden Homes as we continue to grow the company’s property portfolio across the Midlands region.”

The development will be called Cygnet Place – to reflect the St. Hugh’s primary emblem of a white swan. A brochure is expected to be available in July, before an official launch of the site in September.

Witham St Hughs is located on the edge of the A46, around eight miles from Lincoln and seven miles from Newark – making it convenient for commuters.

Linden Homes already has links with Lincolnshire, with many developments having sold out across the county over the years, and with the current Oasis development in the heart of Lincoln.
