Home-hunters looking for their perfect property in the West Midlands are advised to hurry if they’re to be in with a chance of snapping up their dream home for a great price at Taylor Wimpey’s Silver Waters development in Brownhills!

There are just three properties remaining for sale at this stunning development – and Taylor Wimpey is offering to pay the stamp duty on selected plots, potentially saving the lucky purchasers thousands of pounds on the cost of their new home.

With a choice of four-bedroom properties ranging in price from £249,995 to £264,995 at Silver Waters, buyers could save anything from £2,500 to £7,950 through the special stamp duty paid offer.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “With stamp duty now being paid on selected plots and just three homes now remaining for sale at the development, this is the last chance to get a great deal on a brand new home in this convenient and well-connected location.

“We’re experiencing a great deal of interest in these final properties, so I’d advise anyone hoping to make one their home to act now, or risk missing out.”

The final homes for sale at Silver Waters include a choice of four-bedroom detached designs – the ‘Longworth’ at £249,995, and the ‘Fernhampton’ at £264,995.

The ‘Fernhampton’ features a large dual-aspect living room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen/breakfast room, a separate dining room, which could alternatively be used as a study, and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while outside, the property benefits from a double garage and driveway parking.

To make moving even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives, including Help to Buy which enables first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan of up to 20% of their new home’s full price, so they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Help to Buy is available on new-build homes up to the value of £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for purchasers taking advantage of the scheme.

Silver Waters is an exceptional collection of just 36 private homes, which is at the forefront of the exciting regeneration of Brownhills, and benefits from a convenient location within easy reach of a host of town centre amenities, including shops, cafes and restaurants, and a large Tesco superstore.

Schools for children of all ages are located close to the new homes, while commuters will appreciate the town’s good public transport links and close proximity to the A5, the A461, the M6 Toll and the M6 for connections around the Midlands.

To stand a chance of snapping up one of the final three homes at Silver Waters, property-seekers should visit the Sales Centre, located off Silver Street, Brownhills, and open Thursday to Monday from 11am to 5pm, or visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
