Work is now underway at Linden Homes Midlands’ exciting new housing development in Lincolnshire.

Planning consent for 50 homes in the village of Witham St Hugh’s was granted earlier this year, and the initial building stages have just begun.

The development – located off Juniper Way – will comprise a stunning selection of three and four-bedroom family homes built in traditional two-storey designs.

A land acquired board to announce the arrival of Cygnet Place - named to reflect the St. Hugh’s primary emblem of a white swan - has been set up on site.

A brochure is expected to be available in July, before an official launch of the site in September.

Linden Homes sales director Chris Roads said: “We are delighted to announce this new development, and to be able to continue to offer home hunters in and around the area increased choice of new housing in a carefully selected location.

“Witham St Hughs is the latest in a number of new locations for Linden Homes as we continue to grow the company’s property portfolio across the Midlands region.

“We have recently launched new developments in Stamford and Sapcote in Lincolnshire, both of which have attracted a number of sales from plan within less than a month of their opening.”

Witham St Hughs is located on the edge of the A46, around eight miles from Lincoln and nine miles from Newark – making it convenient for commuters.
