House-hunters looking for a stylish new home in East Sussex are being urged to act quickly if they want to secure their perfect property at Beechbrook Park, Taylor Wimpey’s in-demand development in the village of Buxted, near Uckfield.

This stylish collection of homes enjoys an idyllic location close to the edge of the High Weald and the final phase of four and five-bedroom properties has just been launched, with prices starting from just £360,000.

Interest in this very final selection of properties at the sought-after development is expected to be high, so potential purchasers are being advised to move fast if they hope to make this wonderful location their home.

Sarah Pasco, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We are delighted to launch the last phase of homes at Beechbrook Park which really offers something special for purchasers.

“All the previous phases of this development have proved extremely popular and we’re expecting our final collection to be no different – so would-be buyers should get in touch without delay to avoid missing out.”

Among the final properties available to reserve at Beechbrook Park is a choice of four-bedroom designs – the ‘Easton’, priced from £360,000, the ‘Kentdale’ and the ‘Eskdale’ from £375,000, and the ‘Parish’ from £390,000 – while the five-bedroom ‘Ashdown’ is priced from £425,000.

The ‘Easton’, for example, features a large living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to three well-proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom, while an en-suite master bedroom with dressing area enjoys appealing seclusion on the top floor. Outside, the property benefits from a garage and additional parking.

To make moving even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives including Help to Buy and Part Exchange.

Help to Buy enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

With a population of 3,000, Buxted is a peaceful yet thriving community located on the edge of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Buxted has its own primary school, and a toddler group and pre-school are also located in the village, while day nurseries and secondary schooling can be found in nearby Uckfield.

There is a village store and pharmacy, a new medical centre, two pubs, plus a popular restaurant at nearby Buxted Park Hotel, while supermarkets, high street shops and other amenities can be found in the local market towns of Uckfield, which is two miles away, and Crowborough, which is six miles from home.

A haven for commuters, Buxted has its own railway station, which offers direct services to London Bridge in about 70 minutes. The village is also handy for the A22 with its routes to Eastbourne, London and the M25 and the A26 to Tunbridge Wells 15 miles away and Brighton, 21 miles from home.
