A new showhome at Kirk’s Paddock is providing interiors inspiration and showcasing new styles to those considering buying a brand new home in Grimsby.

The Redrow venture has already been welcoming visitors over the threshold of its four-bedroom ‘Oxford’ style home but now, the new ‘Stratford’ demonstrates the latest trends from the housebuilder.

Heightened ceilings and deeper skirting boards complement the increased square footage of the latest version of this home and there are new flooring collections to choose from. When it comes to additional extras, there are now more choices of Hammonds-branded bedroom furniture along with eco options such as kitchen waste bins, water butts and compost bins.

Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), said: “We always respond to the latest trends when it comes to interior design and the new Stratford showhome is a prime example of that and the kind of lifestyle on offer at Kirk’s Paddock.

“The Redrow standard specification is already very high and then there are plenty of optional extras to choose from so buyers can really put their stamp on their new home. What’s more, all of the homes are available with Help to Buy making them even more attractive.”

A four-bedroom detached ‘Stratford’, similar to the showhome, normally £182,950, can be bought for an initial outlay of only £146,360 with the aid of Help to Buy.

This includes a 5% deposit of £9,148, 75% mortgage from a lender of choice and the remaining 20% is covered by an equity loan, which is interest free for five years and can be repaid when the customer has more funds available or when they resell.

The master bedroom in the detached Stratford features an en-suite shower room and downstairs there is an open plan kitchen and dining room, along with a separate lounge and cloakroom.

With new properties released at Kirk’s Paddock, Redrow is urging people to take this opportunity to find out more about how to own one of the three and four-bedroom detached homes. Prices start from £164,950 for a three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ home which can be reduced to only £131,960 using Help to Buy.

All of the homes are from the sought-after Heritage Collection, which combines traditional looking exteriors and period-style features with bright, modern interiors designed for modern life.

Situated in the popular Scartho Top area, approximately two miles from Grimsby town centre and three miles from Cleethorpes, the homes are within easy reach of shops, schools and local services.

For more information about the homes available and Help to Buy, visit Kirk’s Paddock, open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm.
