A superb range of homes to suit all tastes and budgets is coming soon at Heritage Gate, Taylor Wimpey’s fantastic new development in Saxmundham, Suffolk.

Home-hunters will be able to choose from a superb collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes at this new development, with the first phase of properties due to be released for sale later in the summer.

Prospective homebuyers are being urged to register their interest in the development as soon as possible to make sure they’re at the front of the queue for the first selection of plots.

Caroline Carter, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re now moving closer to finally revealing our stunning collection of new homes at Heritage Gate to discerning house-hunters in Suffolk.

“With a range of property styles, from two-bedroom starter homes to five-bedroom detached houses, we are certain savvy property-seekers will find their ideal property at this fantastic new development.”

The Help to Buy equity loan scheme will be available at Heritage Gate, enabling eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan of up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Heritage Gate enjoys a convenient location off Rendham Road on the western fringes of the historic market town of Saxmundham, and new footpaths will link the development to the surrounding area.

Saxmundham town centre has a range of high street and independent shops, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, a popular weekly market selling fresh produce, and pubs and places to eat, while parents will appreciate there’s a choice of schools for children of all ages nearby.

For commuters, the A12 is close by for quick links to Ipswich and Lowestoft, while Saxmundham railway station provides direct services to Ipswich for connections to London Liverpool Street. The ports of Felixstowe and Lowestoft are within easy reach for those travelling to the Continent.

Within a few minutes’ drive of the new homes is the beautiful Suffolk landscape which inspired the artist Constable, and some of the county’s prettiest villages, as well as the stunning scenery of the celebrated Suffolk coastline.

The charming coastal destinations of Aldeburgh and Southwold are just a short drive away for days out at the seaside.

Meanwhile, around 20 miles away is Ipswich, a thriving town that’s steeped in history and offers a vibrant mix of heritage, arts, theatre, cinema, clubs and bars, as well as a wide selection of shops.

To be among the first to find out more about the fantastic new homes coming soon at Heritage Gate, house-hunters can register an interest online at taylorwimpey.co.uk.
