Luxury residential and holiday park home operator Lifestyle Living Group is under new ownership, following a £20million acquisition.

The new family owners, headed up by Malcolm Buckingham, have put in place a £10million investment plan to be rolled out across the parks over the next three years. This fund will include substantial upgrades to existing park facilities.

Self made, Malcolm has run both a successful Saab franchise and latterly, Lordsbridge Arena in Cambridge.

Peterborough-based Lifestyle Living Group will be made up eight residential and holiday parks, including Carlton Meres, Haveringland Hall, Redhill, Flagship Country Park, Uphill Park, Lakeland View, Carlton Manor and Silecroft Holiday Park.

"The group as a whole has a diverse selection of parks," commented Malcolm Buckingham, Chairman of Lifestyle Living Group

"We have already visited every site and met with all of the residents to let them know our plans and to take onboard any changes they would like to see. I have been impressed with all of the parks and am eager to get started and take the business forward.

"We are a family business and will be working together to ensure a smooth transition from the previous owners. We are in the process of planning a £10million investment that will go directly to the parks, upgrading facilities for existing residents and improving the quality of our holiday sites."
