Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey has unveiled the first selection of high-quality homes to eager purchasers at its exclusive new Portslade Mews development in Brighton, East Sussex.

An initial choice of plots from this hotly-anticipated collection of just 31 stylish two, three and four-bedroom terraced properties in the sought-after suburb of Portslade was launched from Taylor Wimpey’s nearby Royal Alexandra Quarter development over the weekend.

With many people having already registered their interest in the new homes at Portslade Mews, the launch event proved a big success – and prospective buyers are being urged to hurry if they hope to secure their favourite plot.

Sarah Pasco, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re delighted with the response to the launch of our first selection of beautiful homes at Portslade Mews, with discerning property-seekers flocking to find out more about the fantastic opportunities available here.

“Availability is strictly limited at this highly desirable development and, judging by the interest we’ve received from potential purchasers so far, we’re not expecting these fabulous properties to be on sale for long.

“I’d strongly advise anyone interested in finding out more to visit our Royal Alexandra Quarter development as soon as they can – before it’s too late!”

The first new homes on sale at Portslade Mews are priced from £395,000.
