Employees at Morris Homes’ Hatherton Place development in Cheslyn Hay are celebrating after being shortlisted as ‘Development of the Year’ in the Premier Guarantee’s Excellence Awards.

The awards recognise the UK’s best developments and are presented to sites that are of a high build quality and go above and beyond what is expected.

Shortlisted from hundreds of entries from across the UK, Hatherton Place is one of the 20 nominees in the Medium Development of the Year category.
